Compact MRI = Highest Contrast-based Molecular Sensitivity

The Bruker ICON™ and Mediso nanoScan® systems are the optimal MRI platforms for molecular imaging due to the advantages of the systems’ operating field—1 Tesla—for the imaging and detection of contrast agents. Unlike MR systems that operate at higher frequencies, the 40 MHz operating frequency of the ICON and nanoScan® systems ensures that scientists benefit from the attributes of the relaxivity curve to increase sensitivity in detecting and quantifying cellular activity that is targeted or enhanced through contrast agents on these compact, high-performance MRI platform.
